IN-HOUSE TRAINING & CONSULTANCY Our In-House Training and Consultancy Department provides in-house training seminars and in-house counsel and consultancy services to meet the specific needs of our clients. We believe the best way of assisting our clients in meeting their legal needs is to equip our clients with the relevant knowledge. Hence the objectives of this department are:- - To enable our clients to appreciate and to better negotiate deals in legal documentation through training and seminars
- To assist our clients to comply with the applicable laws and regulations through compliance training and seminars
- To provide in-house counsel and consultancy services where our clients do not have in-house counsel or emergency in-house counsel service is needed for a certain period of time
We have also developed the concept of a "Paradigm Lawyer" to meet the needs of clients who require the services of a dedicated lawyer but yet do not wish to employ an in-house counsel. The Paradigm Lawyer optimises the full range of legal resources available to clients in the most cost-efficient way possible.
