Angela Chen read law at the National University of Singapore and graduated with an Honours degree in Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 1988. She was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1989. Angela also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Nanyang Technological University, specialising in the area of Business Law.

Angela's experience spans the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law, Conveyancing and Property Law, Family Law and general solicitor's work.

Her present practice is mainly in the area of Corporate and Commercial Law, with the focus on assisting clients establish and develop businesses. She has extensive experience in advising clients on:-
