Thomas is an Associate Director in the Litigation Department. The main portfolio of his practice is in the areas of litigation and pre-litigation advice, including:-

• Commercial and corporate litigation
• Banking litigation
• Shareholders’ disputes
• Breach of directors’ duties
• Employment disputes
• Tenancy disputes
• Defamation
• Professional negligence

He also advises on pre-litigation courses of action and pre-emptive remedies, including all forms of prohibitive and mandatory injunctions.

Thomas has also been involved in a number of international arbitration matters between major corporations relating to commercial disputes on Joint Venture Agreements, Shareholders' Agreements and others.

Thomas graduated in 1997 from the National University of Singapore with an LL.B (Hons.) and was admitted to the Singapore bar in 1998.
