Ms Joyce Fernando is an Associate Director in the Litigation Department. 

She began her professional practice as an active litigator in 1985 with experience handling claims encompassing, employment disputes, insurance, contracts, professional negligence, defamation, tenancy and property transactions and a wide range of commercial disputes.

She also advises clients on the setting up of Trusts for their Estate and asset protection and in handling probate and administration matters.

Joyce is involved cross border disputes in matrimonial litigation and does a wide range of matrimonial litigation, as well as in Arbitration and Dispute resolution matters.

As a member of the Alternative Distribution Resolution Committee of the Law Society of Singapore, Joyce is equipped to conduct Alternative Dispute Resolutions.  She is currently an accredited Mediator with the Consumer Association of Singapore.  Joyce is also a Panel Member with the Subordinate Courts ADR Advisory Council.

Joyce graduated in 1984 from the National University of Singapore with a LL.B (Hons.) and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1985. Joyce was also admitted as a Solicitor (England & Wales) in 2000.

Joyce is conversant in English and Malay.
