Mr Anthony Soh is an Associate Director in the Litigation Department. The main portfolio of his practice is in the areas of litigation and pre-litigation advice, including:- commercial and corporate litigation; domestic and international arbitration; building contract and construction disputes; insolvency/company law related litigation; shareholder disputes; employment disputes; intellectual property disputes; and landlord and tenant disputes. Anthony has also been involved in a number of international arbitration matters between major corporations relating to disputes on installation of a semi-conductor fabrication plant, acquisition of telecommunication business in Taiwan, software distribution and licensing agreements in the Asia Pacific region, installation of telecommunication systems in Indonesia, joint venture agreement on alternative energy business, building and construction of a shopping mall, amongst others. Anthony graduated in 1988 from the National University of Singapore with LL.B (Hons.) and was admitted to the Singapore bar in 1989. Anthony has been named a "Leading Lawyer in Dispute Resolution" by Asialaw Leading Lawyers Survey 2007 and "One of the most highly-acclaimed legal experts in the areas of Dispute Resolution and Corporate Governance" by Asialaw Leading Lawyers Survey 2008.
