Engelin Teh SC
Engelin Teh SC is the Managing Director of Engelin Teh Practice LLC. She was appointed Senior Counsel of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1998, one of the first women lawyers to be so appointed.
Engelin has an active practice in commercial litigation and arbitration, and has also appeared as appellate counsel in many notable cases. Engelin is also a preeminent practitioner in the field of family and matrimonial law.
Engelin is an accredited arbitrator and mediator. She is a fellow of the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution and the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators. She is also on the panel of arbitrators of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration, Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation and the Law Society Arbitration Scheme. Engelin is also a member of the ICC Singapore Arbitration Group and an International Arbitrator for the Pacific International Arbitration Center.
Engelin is a certified mediator of the International Mediation Institute and the Singapore International Mediation Institute, and an accredited mediator of the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution and Regent’s University, London. She is also a mediator at the Singapore International Mediation Centre and the Singapore Mediation Centre. Engelin is also on the panel of mediators of the Singapore Construction Mediation Centre and a Senior Mediator of the Panel of Mediators for the Law Society Mediation Scheme.
