Rebecca Vathanasin

Rebecca Vathanasin is a Senior Associate with Engelin Teh Practice LLC.

She specialises in family law and handles all aspects of family and matrimonial practice, including divorce and child-related disputes, division of matrimonial assets, spousal and child maintenance, family violence (PPO), applications under the Mental Capacity Act and wills. She is also experienced in handling matrimonial disputes in the Syariah Court.

Rebecca is currently the Vice-Chairperson of the Family Justice Support Scheme (FJSS) and regularly volunteers with Pro Bono SG, the Legal Aid Bureau and the Singapore Counsel of Women’s Organizations (in conjunction with Singapore Association of Women Lawyers).
